What is 24 Style's return policy?

You may cancel or amend your order within 1 hour of purchase.


For Jewelry and non-custom printed items, you can return or exchange the product within 30 days of receipt.

What are the shipping/delivery times?

Shipping times vary based on where the jewelry is being shipped. Estimated shipping is below, but please refer to the specific jewelry page for a more accurate shipping information.


United States: Delivery takes between 2 and 7 days. Please note that as a result of Covid-19 the Postal Service is experiencing delays in their delivery times.


Australia: Delivery takes between 2 and 7 days. Jewelry is shipped from Sydney.


Canada: Delivery takes between 7 and 20 days. However, as a result of Covid-19, Canada Post is experiencing significant delays.


New Zealand: Delivery takes between 4 and 10 days. Jewelry is shpped from Australia.


United Kingdom: Delivery takes between 2 and 7 days. Jewelry is shipped from Nottingham. There are no customs, duties, or other taxes on any shipments.


Europe (excluding UK): Delivery takes between 3 and 12 days depending on where you live. Jewelry is shipped from the United Kingdom. There are no customs, duties, or other taxes on any shipments.


Asia: Delivery takes between 7 and 20 days. Jewelry is shipped from Australia for quicker deliveries.


Africa: Delivery takes between 7 and 20 days. Jewelry is shipped from Australia for quicker deliveries.

Where can I put the discount code or coupon code?

When using a Laptop or PC: Once you've clicked on the Proceed to Checkout button, you'll be taken to another page where you'll see this in blue (on the RIGHT corner): "Have a discount code?" -- click on it then you'll see a space where you can put the Gift Card, Discount, or Coupon Code then click on Apply.


When using a Mobile Phone: Once you've clicked on the Proceed to Checkout button, you'll be taken to another page where you'll see this AT THE TOP: "Show order summary" -- just click on it then click on "Have a discount code?" (in blue), then you'll see a space where you can put the Gift Card, Discount, or Coupon Code then click on Apply.

How do I track my order?

Every customer receives a tracking numbers after your order has been shipped. If for some reason you did not receive a tracking number, just send us an email at info@24style.com.

Where do you ship to?

We offer Worldwide Shipping. We ship from the United States, Australia, and United Kingdom depending on where you live to ensure you get your order quickly.

Are there customs or duties added to International Orders?

There are no added custom or duties for orders shipped to the United States, Australia, or Europe. For other countries, there are typically no added duties or customs, including to Canada and New Zealand. How much does shipping cost?

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders of $75 or more. For orders less than $75, we offer low flat rate shipping for only $4.99.

What currency do you use for International Orders?

Prices on our website should be listed in the currency of your current location. However, all charges are made in U.S. Dollars. The exact exchange rate that you will pay is determined by the bank that has issued your credit card, but in general it will match very closely to what the price listed on 24 Style.

Do you include pricing information with the shipment?

Since many orders are purchased as gifts, we do not include any pricing details or information inside or along the packaging.
